Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the My Swing Academia app, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete my account. It permanently removes your account and your data. You don't need to contact us first.
I signed up but I can't see my points or class.
Your login isn't linked to an MSA member record yet. Email us and we'll connect it.
How do I get a refund for a Training Camp pass?
Email us with the name on the registration and we'll sort it out.
